Our Classes

We offer a variety of fitness classes at our Dudley Health Club. We have a variety of classes to suit beginners as well as the advanced. With studio classes throughout the week and at different times, you will find the perfect exercise class for you.

Off peak members can join during peak times for as little as £3.00 per class. Non-members can pay £5.00 to sign up to classes.

Class Descriptions

Fitness Yoga

An effective and exciting Mind and Body workout, it helps to increases strength, flexibility endurance and balance.

Max 15 people per class

Aqua Tone

Burns up to 300 calories an hour. A workout for the whole body, your balance, agility and endurance will improve. The water provides resistance so you have to work harder than you would on dry land. Suitable for all levels.

Pilates

A form of low – impact exercise the that aims to strengthen muscles while improving posture alignment and decreases back pain, prevents injuries and enhances body awareness. Suitable for all levels.

Zumba

A Latin inspired fitness program incorporating fast and slow routines to authentic zumba music including soca, merengue, salsa and many more dance styles. Have fun, laugh and enjoy yourself in this vibrant, loud and funky dance fitness class!

LBT

A complete body weight workout focussing on your legs, bums & tums. Expect plenty of squats, lunges, crunches & plenty of laughter!

PiYo

A fusion of strength based Pilates & Yoga (but it’s not either!). Don’t be fooled, it’s not a relaxing class! It’s a fast paced, routine based workout which aims to strengthen & lengthen the body’s muscles.

Sh1ft

A high intensity, interval based workout, which works on very functional movements, aiming to increase strength & flexibility to improve every day life. Each workout is completely different, and some are themed workouts based on things like tennis, rugby, American football & even animals! The workouts can be tailored to suit all levels of fitness, so whether you’re a beginner or a pro, you’re guaranteed to get a good workout!

Step & Tone

A 30 minute step class followed by 30 minutes of toning exercises. Get your cardio fix in step which is guaranteed to burn those calories as well provide a high energy choreographed routine! Followed nicely into a toning class which will complement the workout perfectly with resistance exercises using body weight and equipment to strengthen and condition muscles.
